The reading
Rounded interlacing strands repeat between smooth edges on a sterling silver ring.
Each strand becomes prominent and then passes beneath another, making the pattern depend on alternating positions rather than a single dominant line, a picture of cooperation in which taking a supporting role does not mean becoming unimportant.
How to wear it
The symbol
The crossings sit close together within a level band, yet their raised curves remain individually legible. Shared work can have a clear structure without flattening everyone's contribution
The material
Sterling Silver forms the raised woven strands and smooth borders. Light catches the rounded crossings against their dark recesses, making changes in position visible while the metal keeps the whole pattern joined.
