The reading
Long veined wings frame a fairy with one arm raised and a round form held beside her body.
Her bent knee and extended lower leg give the figure an unfinished movement. The contrast between reaching and holding suggests creation as a meeting of possibility with what already exists, rather than inspiration separated from its first tangible result.

Over your clothes, visible to others.
The symbol
The raised hand leaves room for an idea not yet grasped, while the small sphere gives the other arm a definite responsibility. Neither gesture replaces the other. The wings spread around
The material
Sterling Silver shapes the fairy, sphere and divided wings, as specified by Peter Stone. Bright edges stand apart from the darkened-looking recesses, giving a delicate imagined figure a firm outline and relating creative freedom to the decisions that let an idea take form.
