The reading
The snake's textured body turns back across itself in loose, open loops rather than forming a tight coil.
Its head and tapering tail remain distinct within the winding shape. The design suggests change that can revisit familiar ground without becoming trapped there, allowing a return to become reconsideration instead of simple repetition.

Respond differently to one familiar problem instead of repeating the usual approach.
Over your clothes, visible to others.
The symbol
Small scales continue along a body that repeatedly changes direction, linking detailed attention with a flexible course. The openings between its curves keep the shape from closing in on
The material
Sterling Silver forms the entire winding snake, including its fine scale texture and tapering ends. Dark lines separate the bright scales, making small repeated details visible within the larger changes of direction. That contrast suggests a view of progress that acknowledges setbacks without allowing them to define the whole course.
