The reading
Repeated silver octopuses stretch along a chain of small connecting rings, their rounded heads set above curling arms.
Each animal remains separate, but the links carry movement from one to the next. The arrangement suggests coordinated effort that does not demand identical responses, allowing several ways of contributing to share a workable connection.
How to wear it
The symbol
The arms curl back toward each small body instead of stretching into its neighbors. Only the connecting rings cross those intervals, suggesting that working together does not mean taking
The material
Sterling Silver forms the repeated animals, connecting rings and clasp, specified by Peter Stone as .925 silver. Sculpted figures and simple joints have different jobs in the same metal, giving equal substance to visible contributions and the less conspicuous work of keeping them connected.
